The Process from Registration to IC 2026
Keep track of these key dates to stay on top of registration, scholarship, and payment deadlines for BBYO International Convention 2026.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the popularity of IC and to prevent disruption to program planning late in the season, only partial refunds will be issued after October 28, 2025, and no refunds will be issued after December 4, 2025. There are no exceptions to this policy which includes, but is not limited to, cases of homesickness, dismissal, and medical or voluntary withdrawal.
Families are encouraged to purchase Travel Protection to protect their investment should anything happen to prevent a delegate's attendance at IC.

Important Dates
| Tuesday, September 16, 2025 | IC priority registration opens at 9 AM ET ($250 minimum deposit due at registration) - see the IC 2026 Registration & Waitlist Policies document for details on eligibility |
| Wednesday, September 17, 2025 | IC registration opens at 8 PM ET ($250 minimum deposit due at registration). |
| Wednesday, October 1, 2025 | IC scholarship application due. |
| Monday, October 20, 2025 | IC scholarship announced. |
| Tuesday, October 28, 2025 | $450 payment due. Last day to cancel from IC with a full refund (payments are non-transferable). |
| Wednesday, November 12, 2025 | All IC medical forms and vaccine exemption requests due. |
| Thursday, December 4, 2025 | Payment is due in full. Travel forms are due. Last day to cancel from IC with a $250 cancellation fee. |
| Friday, December 5, 2025 | All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. |
| Tuesday, January 13, 2026 | Last day to register for IC 2025 (pending availability). To cancel your registration, email [email protected]. |
