Madrichim (Counselors)
The heart of camp life—mentoring teens, building community, and creating an unforgettable experience each day.
Jewish Educators
Lead meaningful conversations and bring programming to life across our leadership experiences.
Wellness and Health Team
Support teen well-being as a social worker or nurse, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
Leadership Trip Staff
Oversee the full program experience and support teens throughout their journey.
Israeli Madrichim
Connect teens to Israeli culture, language, and daily life in an authentic way.
Summer Schedule
BBYO offers teen travel, camp, and leadership programs across more than a dozen countries, including Israel, Europe, and the Americas.
Programs run from June through mid-August. Staff must be available for at least two weeks, with program lengths ranging from two weeks up to 44 days depending on the role. Some opportunities include multi-country travel experiences. You can explore program timing and locations in our Destination Guide.
