Your IC Experience Starts Here

The world's largest gathering of Jewish teen leaders will take place this February in Baltimore, Maryland. We expect IC to sell out within an hour of general registration opening. Therefore, we encourage AZA and BBG members to review the information on this page and register for IC as early as possible. Determine your registration time below.

 

Priority Registration

Tuesday, September 29

Those who qualify (according to our IC Registration and Waitlist Policies) will receive an email granting them access at 9:00 AM ET. They will have until 11:59 PM ET to claim their spot.

General Registration

Wednesday, September 30

Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and the former Soviet Union: 8:00 PM CET

North America, Latin America, the Asia Pacific region, and Australia: 8:00 PM ET

How to Register

  • Register online | The links on the registration paths below will become active when registration opens. If you have an issue registering online, you can submit a request for help by emailing the IC Customer Service team at [email protected]. 

  • Register (and get help) by phone | A dedicated call center is set up to help with registration. The IC hotline for assistance is +1-202-507-7266. There may be a waiting period, but we’ll do our best to help as quickly as possible.

  • Register in person | See if your community is hosting an IC registration party! Grab a friend, your laptop, and a method of payment, and head over to your local launch party.

What to Know Before You Register
  • IC is open to current 9th through 12th grade members of BBYO in good standing.
  • Information on how registration, priority access, and waitlisting work can be found in our IC Registration and Waitlist Policies.
  • A $250 deposit is due at the time of registration, which is fully refundable through November 4, 2026. Even those families who have received an IC scholarship are required to pay this deposit. If this presents a hardship, please reach out to the IC Customer Service Team at [email protected].
  • Need-based scholarship is available for IC on a rolling basis; please visit our Scholarship page to learn more.

IC Packages and Pricing

The IC 2027 Standard Package is open to all attendees. If you're registering for any other package, please visit our Pre-IC Experiences page first to see which one you're eligible for.

  • IC 2027 Standard Package (February 11-15, 2027): $1,524 USD
  • IC 2027 Standard Package + February Executives Conference (February 10-15, 2027): $1,789 USD
  • IC 2027 Standard Package + Global Ambassadors Week (February 7-15, 2027): $1,789 USD
  • IC 2027 Standard Package + IC Advance (February 10-15): $1,789 USD

We are grateful to BBYO's generous supporters who have made it possible to keep our rates close to those of IC 2026 while increasing scholarship opportunities for delegates. Pricing reflects the full IC experience, including but not limited to hotel, meals, giveaways, access to all events, concert tickets, transportation to offsite programs, and more. Program cost does not include transportation to/from Baltimore.
