IC Launch Night
A global moment to get energized for IC
Plan an Epic Registration Party for IC
On Wednesday, September 30, thousands of teens around the world will register for BBYO International Convention 2027 when general registration opens. Local launch parties will be held where you can meet other teens going to IC and celebrate your community's record-breaking attendance.

For Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and the Former Soviet Union, registration will open at 8:00 PM CET (Central European Time)

For North America, Latin America, Asia Pacific, and Australia, registration will open at 8:00 PM ET (Eastern Time)
Planning
IC Launch Night experiences should build hype for your region around IC, explain how registration works and what teens will need to select, and provide space for teens to sign up when registration opens. Be sure to select a location that has a strong WiFi network, so no one gets tripped up during registration. Board members, advisors, and staff should be fully present to support with registration needs and questions.
