About Us

BBYO in Italy brings together Jewish teens through a national leadership experience focused on personal growth, learning, and connection.

Its mission is to offer a structured, inclusive, and non-competitive leadership pathway that supports teens in building skills, values, and confidence, while respecting their individual identities and backgrounds.

The program is designed to complement existing youth movements, not compete with them. Participation is open to all, and teens are encouraged to stay connected to their own communities and affiliations while engaging in a shared learning experience.

Through training, experiential education, community involvement, and international connections, participants develop practical leadership skills and a strong sense of responsibility toward their communities and society.

BBYO in Italy provides a space for growth, collaboration, and leadership development, where every participant is valued and leadership is seen as a skill that can be learned and practiced.
