JDC’s Active Jewish Teens (AJT) brings together Jewish teens across Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, and Ukraine through a shared regional community.
Through a mix of local programming and broader regional opportunities, teens connect through social events, leadership development, and experiences that strengthen their connection to Jewish identity. Programs are planned and led by teens, with support from advisors and community partners.
Spanning multiple countries, this community creates opportunities for teens to build friendships across borders, develop leadership skills, and engage in Jewish life as part of a broader, interconnected network.
JDC’s AJT is powered by a founding partnership with BBYO.
