Noar Latvia is a Jewish youth movement of the Riga Jewish Youth Center that brings together teens to explore their Jewish identity, build friendships, and develop leadership skills in a warm and inclusive environment.

As BBYO’s chapter in Latvia, Noar Latvia is part of a global Jewish teen network while remaining deeply connected to local traditions and the life of the Latvian Jewish community.
