Regional Execs is the newly reimagined Chapter Board Training! Mandatory for all chapter board members to attend. 

Join us for a day of training on the "how to's" of your position as well as best practices to work together and be successful with your chapter board and to have a GREAT 2022/23 programming year!! 

Date: Sunday, August 28th, 2022

Time: 9:30am-3:30pm

Location: Bridgewater JCC 

Cost: $40

Busing will be provided from Paramus, Livingston and Marlboro. Teen driving IS allowed.

Lunch and snacks will be provided.  

There will be no refunds if you need to cancel.                                       
Scholarship is available. (Apply here: https://bbyo.org/scholarship-form ) The deadline to apply for scholarship is Monday, August 15th at 11:59pm. Scholarship recipients will be notified by August 16th. 

Tentative Programming Schedule:

9:30am-Arrival

9:50am-Welcome!

10:00am- Chapter Brit (Agreement), Chapter Excellence Checklist, Chapter Goals

11:10am- How to be a great “Insert Position Title Here”

12pm- Split Program by Grade

9th & 10th Grade: Membership (Meeting/Hosting/Making the Ask)

11th & 12th Grade: Teen Mental Health/Advisor Program           

• 11th and 12th graders will participate in the first of 6 Teen Mental Health First Aid trainings to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges in their friends and peers

12:55pm-Lunch

1:30pm-2:05pm- Team Building/Relationship Building 

2:10pm-  Calendaring 101

2:40pm- Prospecting 

3:20pm- Wrap Up and Goodbyes!
