What's better than GJHRR's annual Regional Leadership Training Institute (RLTI)? It's GJHRR's RLTI 2021 BACK IN PERSON!!!!

Mark your calendars for this re-imagined event for MONDAY, AUGUST 30th, 2021!  Interested in taking your leadership to the next level? Then this is the experience for you!

Creating new traditions and blending them with the old...we couldn't be more excited to spend this day at the JCC of Bridgewater, where we will have the opportunity to team build, gain new leadership skills, AZA/BBG Separates and everyone's favorite GJHRR Auction-where all funds raised will go to the RSF (Regional Scholarship Fund)! 

Busing will be provided from the Marlboro, Livingston and Paramus areas and we will be providing Lunch and Dinner! 

The registration fee is $85 for the entire day's experience. 

All cancellations are non-refundable. 

Scholarship applications are available through Friday, August 13th before Shabbat.  You can apply here or if you are having difficulties, please email Senior Regional Director,  Naomi Tilman at [email protected] for an application. 


As is our policy, all waivers for the 2020-2021 programming year must be signed in advance of RLTI by both member and parent/guardian in order to attend. You can find your waivers to be completed under My Profile when you log on to your BBYO account.

When is RLTI?

RLTI is a ONE DAY event on August 30th! 

Where will this event be held?

RLTI will be held outside on the campgrounds at the JCC of Bridgewater. We will be outside for the day, and campground provides plenty of cover for shade and in the case of rain.

What Covid-19 protocols will be followed?

As of June 2021, GJHRR requires social distancing and facemasks (unless eating) at all chapter and regional programs. We will share specific details and any updated policies and procedures in August as RLTI approaches.

How should I get to RLTI?

Busing will be provided to RLTI from Paramus, Livingston and Marlboro, which you can select on registration. Teens may also be dropped off to RLTI. Teens may drive themselves if allowed by your parents/guardians.

What should I bring with me to RLTI?

You'll get a "packing list" the week before RLTI, but here's the basics: you will need closed toed shoes (sneakers), comfortable clothes for the day, and lots of energy and excitement for the year ahead!
