What are the COVID-19 protocol we will be following?

- All participants, teens, staff, and guests alike will be required to:

• be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and provide documentation
• wear a mask indoors except when eating and in their hotel room. 

- All participants, teens, staff, and guests will be strongly encouraged to:

• have a 2021 flu shot
• frequently wash hands

I'm not a BBYO Member, can I attend Winter Convention?

- Overnight conventions are member-only events for teens in 9th - 12th grade. If you are not a member yet, you can join here: Become a Member - BBYO

I am taking a standardized test this weekend. Can I come after my test?

- Yes, we welcome all test-takers! Please reach out to [email protected] for a partial refund on the convention fee. And good luck!

I need to miss part of convention. Can I get a discounted rate?

- Unfortunately discounted rates are only available for teens taking a standardized test. 

Will there be bussing to Winter Convention?

- There will NOT be bussing for this event. The Holiday Inn Mt Kisco is right in our back yard! If you are in a jam, please reach out to [email protected] and we can help coordinate a ride for you.

Can I drive myself to Winter Convention?

- Teens are not allowed, under any circumstance, to drive themselves to overnight events. We hold BBYO teen's safety and security to the highest standard and driving home after a tiring weekend is something we do not allow.
