Q&A

Travel to and from Event:

Teens and their families are responsible for arranging teen’s travel to and from the event. Teens do not “sign out” of the event. We expect that a teen attending this event is permitted to leave Dave & Buster’s independently, either at the end of the event or at the time of their choosing. Nevertheless, adults who’d prefer their teen not leave independently are welcome to come into the venue to meet their teen at the end of the event.

Food:

Teens will have a private party room stocked with an unlimited buffet and soft drinks. All food will be kosher-style vegetarian, but not certified kosher. We will provide kosher pizza as an alternative for teens who require a kosher certified meal. We are allergy-aware and will have a list on hand of all teens who indicated they have allergies on the event registration form.

Paying at the Door:

Teens MUST pre-register for this event. Teens will not be allowed in at the door if they have not registered.

Behavior:

All teens and families should review the BBYO Code of Conduct. Teens are expected to adhere to these expectations while at any BBYO event. Teens who violate the Code of Conduct will be asked to leave the event. If a teen is found to be in possession of, or under the influence of, drugs or alcohol, the teen will be held at the event until a parent/guardian picks them up. Violating the code of conduct could result in further disciplinary actions up to and including being barred from future bbyo events.

Safety and Supervision:

BBYO will provide adult supervision, with at least one adult for every 15-20 teens in attendance.

Will I need to wear a Mask?

Yes, we are requiring that all participants remain masked throughout the event aside from when they are eating. Teens will need to show proof of vaccination. Dave & Busters will remain open to the general public, but if someone is not vaccinated they are required to wear a mask.

Does Dave & Busters have an air filtration system?

All of Dave & Busters locations have upgraded their air filtration systems
