Event Details

We are so excited to announce that registration for Spring Regional Convention (SRC) is now open! SRC is our final convention of the year, celebrating all that our teens have accomplished over the past year. Please see below for convention details and be sure to register before space runs out.

Location: St. Louis Clayton Sheraton

Date: March 28-31, 2019

Cost: Early Bird price is $365 until March 8th, after March 8th the Regular price is $385 all meals and stay included

Scholarship: Contact your local Director

Transportation: Information will be sent out by your Council's Director

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations on or before March 13th at 8 PM will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received after March 13th will not be eligible for a refund. Please contact your local Director if you have any questions.

Travel Info

Omaha and Kansas City will travel in a coach bus round trip.

Northstar teens please contact your Director, Max, for information on booking flights.

St. Louis teens will be dropped off and picked up at the hotel.

Q&A

Is scholarship available? Ask you local Director about scholarship opportunities.

Can I request roommates? Yes, when you register you will also be able to submit roommate requests. We will try our best to get you ONE of your requests, please make the request a mutual request for a better opporutnity to get who you want and keep in mind we room people 4 to a room.
