Please join DC Council BBYO as we celebrate our outstanding chapters and teens. We will be giving away a variety of awards including the Max Cowan International Kallah Scholarship Award, the Ralph B. Penn Memorial Fund Scholarship Award, the Waghelstein Acharai Award, Advisor of the Year Award, and Chapter Awards. Registration encouraged but not required.
