Convention Details 

Date and Location:
Friday, March 17th @ 5:30 PM through Saturday, March 18th @ 9:00 PM at Hilton Garden Inn (700 Beta Drive, Mayfield, OH).  

Who: 
Any BBYO member in 8th - 12th grade

Cost: 
$199 Thursday, February 2 - Wednesday, February 15

Late Registration: $219 Thursday, February 16-February 23 

**No scholarships will be given during late registration

Scholarships: While BBYO attempts to limit our costs, we recognize that some families require financial assistance. If you require need-based financial aid, please fill out our BBYO scholarship form here. The last day to apply for Scholarships will be the final day of registration, Wednesday, February 15.

Forms
Medical forms and Waivers must be filled out prior to attending the weekend. Forms are done through the “Camp Docs” system online, and the online submission must be completed by March 12th in order for teens to attend the event. After registering for the event, you will receive an email to complete the medical form.

***In order to attend any BBYO overnight, teens must be fully vaccinated***
 
Cancellation Policy
If a registered participant cancels by February 15th (the final day of registration), a full refund will be received. After February 15th, we’ve already confirmed the final counts with our vendors, and no refunds will be given. “No shows” will not receive a refund.
