Event Details

It's almost time for our annual Regional Overnight!

This year, we'll be celebrating our Region and making memories all night long at the Samuel Field Y in Little Neck.

This Regional event will be an unforgettable celebration focused on Jewish life, giving back to our community, and bonding as Sibling Alephs, BBGs, and all together as members of Big Apple BBYO. We can't wait to get together and have a blast!

The event will begin at the Samuel Field Y on Saturday at 4:00pm and end on Sunday at 11am.

Please note that the overnight is a Members-Only event. Not a member of BBYO yet? Join Today!

----

The bus for the Spring Kickoff event at SPIN in Manhattan will depart from the Y at 11am, right after the overnight event concludes. This is a round-trip service for an additional fee, ensuring you're dropped off back at the Y at 4pm. Join us on Sunday, April 14, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM for an exciting day of ping pong, music, and fun activities with the rest of NY BBYO. Please note that registration for this event is separate, and you can find the link for registration here.

Cost: $40.00

Location: Little Neck 11362

All BBYO Big Apple Region Members, grades 8 through 12.

What do I need to bring?
You will need sleeping clothes, a change of clothes for Sunday, toiletries, a sleeping bag and/or air mattress, pillow and blanket, and any necessary personal medications. We expect teens to manage their own regular medications. We will have a first aid kit, AED, and CPR/First Aid certified staff on-site for emergencies.

Will there be transportation?
To keep costs down, and with Spring Convention around the corner in May, we will not be providing transportation.

Am I allowed to drive myself to this event?
No. As per BBYO policy, teens are not permitted to drive themselves to any overnight event. If we find that any teens have driven themselves to the event, they will be sent home.

What food will be served?
We will be serving a Kosher-style vegetarian dinner on Saturday night, and a bagel breakfast on Sunday. Please indicate on your registration forms any additional dietary needs.
