Is this a virtual or in-person event?
This is a virtual/in-person hybrid event. We are planning for Saturday evening of Convention to take place in-person in Brooklyn, 6pm to 9:30pm. Location to be announced soon!

What do I need to know before coming to an in-person component at Convention?
We will be releasing all instructions for in-person safety as we get closer to convention. Priority #1 is to get your Covid-19 waivers signed! Find instructions on how to do that here. 

Do I need to be a member of BBYO to attend Convention?
Yes, any 8th through 12th grade member of BBYO Big Apple Region is eligible to attend Convention. If you're not a member of BBYO but want to come to Convention, you'll first need to become a member by clicking HERE.  

Can 8th graders attend Convention?
Yes, Convention is open to 8th graders. 

I can't come to every moment of Convention. Should I still sign up?
Yes! Even if you can't make it all weekend long, you're still welcome to come for the moments that you can!

I can't come to every moment of Convention. Do I still pay the full fee?
Yes, we do not prorate for Convention. Your fee grants you access to as little or as much of Convention as you'd like to attend.

What's your refund policy?
We'll offer 100% refunds until April 13 at 11:59pm. We'll offer 50% refunds from April 14 through April 19 at 11:59pm. We will not offer refunds from April 20 on. All refund requests must be sent, in writing, to [email protected], prior to the aforementioned deadlines.
