Where do I submit the name of who I am attending with? 

When you register you will click "join the waitlist" and one of the questions in the registration will prompt you to give that info! 

If I have joined the waitlist, am I officially signed up for the event?

No - Once you have submitted your registration you will be put on the waitlist for the event. Staff will be checking registrations each business day on a rolling basis to move attendees off of the waitlist. Once you are fully registered, staff will notify you via email to let you know that you have been moved off the waitlist. 

BBYO members - to help speed up getting off the waitlist, please be sure to have the prospective member you lsited as being your guest register ASAP. 

Prospective BBYO Members - to help speed up getting off the waitlist, please be sure that the member who invited you to this event has registered and entered your name as their guest. 

What protocols are in place for Covid-19 precautions?

We are limiting the number of teens that can attend this event to comply with local government rulings. Additionally, all teens must be wearing a mask unless they are eating, must remain in a designated section of the park, socially distant from other attendees, and must have a signed parent and sigend teen waiver prior to attending. Upon arrival, all teens will have their temperatures taken and we will be making sure that program spaces are cleaned before and during our event time and we will have hand sanitzer available for teens to use as needed. 

Is transportation provided?

No - due to Covid restrictions we are unable to provide transportation at this time. If you need help finding a carpool, we are happy to let others from your area know that you are interested in setting soemthing up. 

I am a member but dont know any prospective members. Can I still register?

Yes! Register and leave a note that you are wanting to attend but don't have a specific prospective member to bring with you. We will do what we can to pair you with someone and will open up any remaining spots a few days before the event to thos eon the waitlist with no guest. 

I am a prospective member but I dont know any members/ Can I still register?

Yes! Register and leave a note that you are wanting to attend but don't have a specific member who invited you. We will pair you with a member from your area so that you have someone at the event to help introduce you to the other attendees and BBYO in general.

Do I need to bring anything with me to this event? 

We recommend bringing a towel or chair to sit on at the park and suggest bringing layers in order to dress for the weather!
