What is the refund policy?

If you cancel before January 21, you can get a full refund. Anyone who cancels after that date will not be issued a refund!

Who is this convention for?

This convention is for all members of BBYO in 8th-12th grade. To learn more about membership visit bbyo.org/become-a-member.

What is included in the registration fee?

Registration includes food, bowling, laser tag, Whirlyball, and bus transportation if coming from the suburbs and Hyde Park. 

What food will be served at this event?

Yes! Delicious food will be served at this event. 

What is the transportation to this event?

There will be a free bus from Northbrook, Naperville, and Hyde Park/ South Suburbs. This bus will leave about 45 minutes before the event starts. Specific bus details will be sent out two weeks before

What activities will we do at this event?

We have rented out all of WhirlyBall, so teens can bowl, play laser tag, and play WhirlyBall. There will be other games, such as Bananagrams and Janga that teens can play when they are just hanging out. 

This is my first BBYO event, is there any financial assistance available?

If you become a member of BBYO between December 7 - January 21, you can come to this event for free. After you become a member, you will receive a unique code to register for free. 

Will there be adult supervision at this event?

Yes! Each bus will have an adult on it and the event will be staffed by BBYO staff members and chapter advisors.
