Is there scholarship available?

Yes! After completing your registration you can apply for scholarship at https://bbyo.org/scholarship-form you must complete this form by March 15th. Scholarships will be given shortly after this date. Reach out to us at [email protected] with any questions.

If this is your first convention, Springboard, in partnership with BBYO, offers eligible teens (current members attending their first convention) a grant for 50% off the registration fee. Apply for the Access Grant here to receive a discount code for registration; if you register during the Flash Sale before receiving your code, proceed with registration and apply for the grant. BBYO will refund the grant amount after you've registered.

Is transportation available?

We will be providing transportation for our BBYO communities in Naperville and Chicago. All other communities will need to provide their own transportation. Be sure to select your transportation option when registering.

We will send a confirmation of transportation selection and finalized times when it gets closer to the event.

Can I drive myself to the hotel?

Teens providing their own transportation are not permitted to drive themselves to overnight BBYO events and will need to arrange for their own ride to and from the event. 

 Who is this convention for?

This convention is for all members of BBYO in 8th-12th grade. To learn more about membership visit bbyo.org/become-a-member.

What is included in the registration fee?

Registration covers the costs of convention weekend including lodging, meals, supplies, programming and more!

Can I cancel my registration?

You can cancel your registration for a full refund through March 25th. Starting March 26th, cancellations will be non-refundable as confirmation will have already been placed with the hotel.  

What health and safety procedures will be in place for this event? 

BBYO is working with local guidelines and an internal medical team to determine regulations for this event. Below are some of the guidelines that have already been set for this event – we will send out any updates prior to the event.

How many teens are in a room? 

Teens will be assigned to a room with up to 3 other teens (4 total) You can request one roommate. 

When does registration close?

Registration closes on March 22nd at 11:59pm or when the event fills up. If we reach capacity, there will be a waitlist, and you can email [email protected].
