Join GJHRR for an epic Global Shabbat Havdalah meets regional Hannukah Party as we light the world with kindness and give back to our community through social action. Get excited for the BBYO havdalah service you love mixed with fun new traditions and awesome Hannukah-inspired activities. See you on Zoom! Link will be shared prior to the event!

One of the optional activities will be Latke Making!!! If you're interested in making latkes along with our Council board members, you should have:

• Materials: Vegetable peeler, Measuring cups and spoons, Grater, Bowls, Large skillet

• Ingredients

  • ¾ medium yellow onion

  • 3 medium russet potatoes

  • ¼ cup all purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 2 large eggs

  • Vegetable oil

  • Applesauce (optional - for serving)

  • Sour cream (optional - for serving)
