This is a virtual event. We may offer an in-person component, however, on Saturday 11/14. More info to come.

Do I need to be a member of BBYO to attend Convention?
Yes, any 8th through 12th grade member of BBYO Manhattan Region is eligible to attend Convention. If you're not a member of BBYO but want to come to Convention, you'll first need to become a member by clicking HERE.  

I just joined BBYO! Any special deals?
Yes! If you join BBYO between October 18 and November 10 we'll send you a coupon code for 50% off Convention!

Can 8th graders attend Convention?
Yes, Convention is open to 8th graders. 

How do I log on to Convention?
We'll create a group chat for all registered Convention attendees and send links and passwords in that chat throughout Convention weekend.

I can't come to every moment of Convention. Should I still sign up?
Yes! Even if you can't make it all weekend long, you're still welcome to come for the moments that you can!

I can't come to every moment of Convention. Do I still pay the full fee?
Yes, we do not prorate for Convention. Your fee grants you access to as little or as much of Convention as you'd like to attend.

What's your refund policy?
We'll offer 100% refunds until Tuesday, November 3 at 11:59pm. We'll offer 50% refunds from November 4 until November 10 at 11:59pm. We will not offer refunds from November 11 on. All refund requests must be sent, in writing, to [email protected].

When will we know the schedule for Convention?
We're working on putting together an amazing weekend for you! We will publish the Convention schedule around two weeks before the event.

I know this Convention is held online. I'm Shomer Shabbat but still want to participate, what should I do?
We're committed to helping you get the most out of Convention, even if you don't use tech during Shabbat. Please email Mateo, our regional Shaliach (VP of Jewish Enrichment) at [email protected] and let him know that you're signed up for Convention and you're Shomer. Please copy [email protected] on the email.

Why are you asking for my mailing address?
Just in case we want to send you some goodies in the mail before Convention!
