Event Details

Join New England Region for a joint convention with Manhattan Region for a fun and inspiring weekend! The weekend will have a leadership focus, with speakers, song leaders, and teen led programs with for new and active members.

3 days of:

  • World-class speakers and presenters 

  • Creative teen-led Shabbat services

  • Time with old friends and meeting new ones

  • A weekend overnight experience during the school year (like summer camp)

  • And a few surprises...

Early Bird Fee: $295 between 9/25/2019 - 10/10/2019
Regular Fee: $335 between 10/11/2019 - 10/24/2019

Scholarship
Scholarship is available on a limited basis, applications due by 10/10. Click here to apply. There is no need to register for convention if you are applying to scholarship. Scholarship awards will be emailed by 10/11/2019 by the end of the day.

Cancellation Policy: The deadline to cancel with a full program refund is the final registration deadline for this program. Until that date, full refunds will be granted for cancellations in writing (e-mail is acceptable), for any reason. After the registration deadline, partial refunds may be available based on convention expenses already paid (hotel, transportation, etc.). Within ten days of convention we’ve already confirmed final counts with our vendors, and no refunds will be given (unless a doctors note is received due to illness). “No shows” will not receive a refund.

Travel Info

Transportation Information: All teens must travel with their chapters or from their geographic location unless given permission by Samantha Walsh, [email protected] to ride from a different location. Buses will be staffed by advisors or parents. Our buses are almost full, so we are not able to accommodate last minute switches without permission. *Please note the times are approximate and we ask that you do arrive at the time below, so we can be on time. We do try to be at the locations by the time below, at times there are unforeseen delays.

Transportation Provided from Metrowest, Newton, Sharon, North Shore and Rhode Island. If an area has ten teens registered for convention and does not have a bus stop, we will consider adding one. Teens may not drive to the event themselves per BBYO transporation policy.

Home from the Event Venue
All busses will depart from Sheraton, CT at 2:00 pm and proceed directly to their departure points (times below are approximate). For the safety of all teens, we are asking that parents help supervise drop off locations until the last teens are picked up. Please be on time picking up your teen.
