NER Spring Convention
April 5 - 7, 2019
Convention starts at 4 pm on Friday and ending at 2 pm on Sunday!
Plymouth, MA (Camp address will be sent out in emails)
Early Bird Registration Cost: $295
Regular Registration Cost: $335

Spring Convention is filled with some BBYO business including, the Presidents State of the Region Address, Life Ceremonies of the Seniors, and Regional Board elections. This year we will also be adding a SPIRIT competition for members to share the love of their chapters to the region and compete for the Spirit Cup!

Scholarship is available on a limited basis, due by 03/17/2019 (scholarship is based off of the early bird fee). The scholarship application can be found here. Scholarship awards will be emailed on 03/18/2019 by the end of day. You do not have to register before the early bird deadline with a scholarship application, staff will register you once amount is confirmed.

Payment plans are available if needed past 01/04/2019.

Cancellation Policy: The deadline to cancel with a full program refund is the 10 business days prior to the program (01/14/2019). Until that date, full refunds will be granted for cancellations in writing (e-mail is acceptable), for any reason. After the registration deadline, partial refunds may be available based on convention expenses already paid (hotel, transportation, etc.). Within ten days of convention we’ve already confirmed final counts with our vendors, and no refunds will be given (unless a doctors note is received due to illness). “No shows” will not receive a refund.

Travel Info

Transportation Information: All teens must travel with their chapters or from their geographic location unless given permission by Samantha Walsh, [email protected] to ride from a different location. Buses will be staffed by advisors or parents. Our buses are almost full, so we are not able to accommodate last minute switches without permission. *Please note the times are approximate and we ask that you do arrive at the time below, so we can be on time. We do try to be at the locations by the time below, at times there are unforeseen delays.

Transportation Provided from Acton, Metrowest, Newton, Sharon, Peabody for North Shore and Merrimack Valley, and Rhode Island. Teens may not drive to the event themselves fper BBYO transporation policy.
