Muffins for You
Use this recipe to help “spice” up your table with these Thanksgiving-inspired pumpkin muffins! Your whole house will smell amazing as these bake away in your oven, and I guarantee they’ll be a huge hit with whoever you share them with.
This recipe makes 24 mini muffins and 36 large muffins.
Ingredients:
3 cups of sugar
4 eggs
1 cup of salad oil
3 cups of flour
½ teaspoon of baking powder
2 teaspoons of baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of cloves
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of nutmeg
1 can (solid packed) of pumpkin (2 cups)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Place wax paper or grease the muffin pans
Mix all ingredients and just stir until everything is incorporated into the batter.
Pour into pans, filling ½ full
For the mini muffins bake for about 20 minutes.
For the large muffins bake for about 30 minutes.
Test to see if the muffins are done with inserting a toothpick into the center of a muffin and it comes out clean. Enjoy!
