As the countdown to IC continues, I and so many other Alephs and BBGs around the Order can’t wait to be reunited. In just under two weeks, we will gather together to celebrate and show our spirit and pride for BBYO. But… you know what will make our spirit even better? The official IC spirit guide, and coming ready to show your spirit everyday. Not only does showing our spirit connect us as a Movement, it gives your community the chance to win the Max F. Baer Spirit Gavel or the Anita M. Perlman Spirit Cup! 

First, we’ll start the week with Western Wednesday, for those of you coming early! Be ready to show off your cowboy hats, cowboy boots, or anything else that screams Western to you. Personally, I’ve been preparing and am ready with my pink cowboy hat, and overalls that are sure to show my spirit. 

Next, is Travel Thursday, for everyone arriving come in your best, and comfiest travel outfits while we prepare for the week to come! Thursday night be ready in your regional or community spirit wear to open IC and show our pride for our movement!

As we get into the week, be ready for Feels Like Home Friday. For Friday’s Lead Labs we can’t wait to see everyone wearing their new IC '23 shirts! And for the most anticipated part of Friday come in your Shabbos best. Make sure to choose outfits that are comfortable and appropriate(think family Shabbat dinner)! We can’t wait to celebrate Shabbat and see everyone at services!

Next on your packing list is Celebration Saturday. For the day wear your favorite BBYO, BBG, or AZA letters and get excited for Limmuds. On Saturday night get hype for State of the Order and Block Party, be comfortable and show off your style for the festivities ahead. 

As our weekend at IC ends show your spirit on Summer Sunday. If you’re going sightseeing wear a shirt from a BBYO summer program, or if you don’t have one yet, borrow one from a friend. Or if you’re going to elections come comfy and dress to impress. Sunday night be ready for the IC closing concert. Wear your best concert attire and be ready to sing the night away.

While we prepare to leave on Monday morning, be ready for Movement Monday. Wear your favorite swag you purchased at IC shuk as we depart for Dallas and prepare for next year at IC 100 in Orlando!!

But don’t forget our fun doesn’t end on Monday. On Tuesday post your favorite IC memories and wear your IC merch to show off all the fun we had together!
