Here are some event ideas that have helped my chapter to thrive in the past.

Girl Dinner Shabbat: Make your Jewish enrichment fun by having a girl dinner. We got a bunch of different snacks, made mac and cheese, and had a super chill night to bond as a chapter. This is a great way to help new members integrate and for older and younger members to interact more.

Fruit picking and painting: My chapter got mini pumpkins and painted them with flowers, faces, etc. This was super cost-efficient and really fun!

Holiday Skits: For a multi-chapter event, make people act out the weekly Parsha in groups and give the best one a prize. If people go all out, it is super funny.

Tradition Night and Separates: This is a great way to bring younger members into the fold and teach them about what it means to be a BBG! You could also do spirit to teach new members before conventions and other regional events.

Spa/ Movie Night: This is a super easy, low-budget event that can help with chapter bonding and engagement. It's also a great event to turn into a sleepover!
