FAQs for Late Night Food at IC 2024
With IC fast approaching we are almost a week away from celebrating the centennial year of the siblinghood, sisterhood, and brotherhood of BBYO. A packed weekend is in store from engaging LEADS day tracks, electing our 100/80th International boards, and of course coming together as one Jewish community in a world where being proud of our Judaism is more important than ever. There are so many activities and opportunities going on at once, that it can be hard to keep track of everything available. Late Night Food Ordering is back in full swing and better than ever before. To get the inside scoop we’ve answered some frequently asked questions below:
- What are the food options to order?
- Pizza, entrees, sides, desserts, and drinks.
- When can I order?
- Late night food will be available on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday through pre-orders in the IC App. On Saturday there will be food available at BBYO Boulevard during the Centennial Block Party. On Sunday, no late food will be available after we return from Universal.
- Orders MUST be placed through an IC app by a certain time each day that will be identified at each region’s daily delegation meeting and on the Late Night Food order form the IC app.
- How do I order?
- Order and prepay using the IC app.
- Where can I get my order?
- Late night food will be picked in a designated location in your hotel each night right before bed. It is encouraged food is brought to rooms and should only be planned to share with roommates.
- Are there options if I have dietary restrictions?
- All options are vegetarian or vegan (gluten free options available)
- NEW this year, Glatt Kosher options will be available.
- The hotel will offer several food service options each day. They may not be open at the end of the night, but there will be options to purchase Glatt Kosher foods to put away for the evening.
