Connection
My CLTC Reunion
Last summer I had the opportunity to travel to Pennsylvania and spend two weeks at CLTC. I learned many things that I was able to bring back to my chapter. I also met the most amazing people and gained a few new best friends! When it was over and we got off the bus to say our final goodbyes at the airport, we constantly said to each other, "Don't worry, we will see each other at IC." From that moment, we all started counting down the days until we were going to reunite in Orlando at the International Convention 2024! At IC, while waiting in line to check in and get my room key, so many of my friends were impatiently waiting to run up and give me a hug for the first time in months. Even though we had not seen each other for so long, it was as if no time had passed and we began catching up. It was the best feeling to be back together again. Knowing that we only had a limited amount of time with each other, we maximized every second. We were able to introduce our CLTC friends to our friends back home. Even though there were so many people at IC, just walking around the hotel and seeing familiar faces everywhere the whole weekend helped me get through the overwhelming but fun-filled event!
