Top 5 ILTC Moments
While ILTC happened a while ago, the memories last a lifetime. Here are my top 5 moments:
5. Seeing the Perlman Tree for the First Time- The Perlman Tree and the rest of camp are such iconic sights in BBYO, and after 4 hours on a train and 3 hours on the bus, it was crazy to finally be there. Perlman is such a pretty camp, and being there for 3 weeks was so cool.
4. Anytown- Anytown stands out from ILTC, and even though it might just be because of the food, the whole day was so fun and memorable. I did not think there were that many options of things to do in Pennsylvania, but it was such a fun day and a great switch up from the daily routine of ILTC.
3. Spirit Circles- Spirit Circles are definitely one of the best parts of the Convention, or wherever they occur, but at ILTC, it was so cool to do it with people from all over the order. While most parts of it are definitely the same, it was cool to see how some people did things a little differently and the other cheers from other parts of BBYO.
2. Havdalah- Once again, being with everyone at ILTC was such a cool experience, and Havdalah brought everyone together, which was so unique and unifying.
1. The Last Shabbat- The last Shabbat of ILTC was so much better than the first, as now we all knew each other, and it was so much of a community. It was bittersweet for me as I was leaving first thing the next morning, but it was the best way to end my time at ILTC.

In the double portion of Behar-Bechukotai, God gave Moses commandments. Does BBYO fit into those commandments?
