With summer registration almost over, I thought I would share my top 5 reasons for attending CLTC! I can’t believe it’s nearly been a year since my time in Poyntelle.

1. The Friendships

At CLTC, I met the best friends ever! Not only did I meet people from around the world, but I made lifelong friends. Since CLTC, I’ve already visited many friends in various places, from New Jersey to Richmond.

2. Gaining More BBYO Experience

CLTC taught me so much about BBYO. I learned new traditions, how to plan better programs and more about the history of this amazing organization. One of my highlights was participating in a mock chapter and planning programs for my friends!

3. The Memories

At CLTC, you will make so many lasting memories. From separates to color wars, the many activities you do will stay with you forever. I will always remember spending the Fourth of July with my CLTC friends.

4. Jewish Enrichment

Through CLTC, I connected more with my Jewish identity. We did workshops where I learned more about Judaism and had discussions about real-world issues. Services were always super meaningful and fun and we even got the chance to lead them if we wanted to!

5. Adaptable to Your Summer Plans

Since CLTC is only 12 days and there are four sessions, it is easy to find a time in your schedule to go. There are also scholarship opportunities available! I was still able to go on vacation and a teen tour while attending CLTC because it was so short! And even though it is shorter than other programs, it is still just as meaningful!
