About ILTC
International Leadership Training Conference (ILTC), the ideal program for Alephs and BBGs, empowers you to raise your voice and realize your potential through peer leadership. You’ll further develop your leadership abilities, learn how to shape a worldwide movement, and gain invaluable skills in effective team collaboration, communication strategies, and relationship building. These skills and more will help you succeed long after your AZA and BBG high school experience comes to an end. Through classic camp activities and unique bonding moments, you’ll build confidence, grow your personal networks with friends from around the world, and strengthen your Jewish pride.
A Day in the Life
Curious what a day at ILTC looks like? Explore a sample below to see how leadership workshops and hands-on experiences come together. Each day is designed to help you build skills, grow your confidence, and make the most of your time at camp.
Sample Schedule
7:45 AM: Boker Tov
Time to rise and shine for a great day ahead!
8:15 AM: Shacharit (Independent)
Those who would like to can join our Jewish educators to start the day with a morning prayer service.
9:00 AM: Aruchat Boker | Breakfast
Fuel up with a meal and chat with friends as we prepare to take on the day.
10:00 AM: Kavanah
We’ll come together as a community to frame the day, including an overview of daily topics or themes, announcements, and information.
10:15 AM: Blueprint Session
Blueprint sessions are the heart of the ILTC experience and the curriculum. They're run nearly every day in the same groups of teens and facilitators. Over the course of the sessions, teens learn new theories, acquire new skills, and begin to live and breathe the organizing principles of BBYO around the world.
11:45 AM: Yesod Session
Yesodot are deep dives into a specific area of the Movement that focus on providing teens with tools and information around a core topic and create space for them to begin applying their skills.
12:45 PM: Cabin Cleaning
Enjoy some quick bonding time as we ensure our spaces are neat and safe.
1:15 PM: Aruchat Tzohorayim | Lunch
Head back to the dining hall for your midday fuel up—grilled cheese and tomato soup is especially a favorite! We also always have a salad bar, and the fixings for sun nut butter and jelly sandwiched for anyone who prefers.
2:00 PM: Sivuv
Let’s get moving! Sivuvim are camp-style activities that range from beach volleyball to lake time to shira (singing).

You never quite know what your day will bring at ILTC—sometimes it’s a guest speaker, sometimes it’s a black light dance party.
5:00 PM: Chofesh | Free Time
Take a break with your friends and chill in our hammocks, jam out with the camp instruments, or take a walk around our lush, green grounds. Get excited for the days at the pool!
