PAYMENT SCHEDULE
To make planning and budgeting easier, payments for BBYO’s Summer Experiences will be broken into three installments:
- With registration: A program deposit and registration fee is due with registration and required to secure your spot
- Payment 1: Due January 21, 2026
- $750 for CLTC, ILTC, International Kallah, and full Perlman Summer
- $1,750 for BBYO Passport programs
- Payment 2: Due February 25, 2026
- $1,000 for CLTC, ILTC, International Kallah, and full Perlman Summer
- $1,750 for BBYO Passport programs
- Final Balance: Due March 25, 2026
- Any remaining program balance for all Summer 2026 programs
Please note that the deposit paid at registration will be applied toward the program's final balance. Payment amounts will vary depending on the specific program for both Camp Leadership and BBYO Passport travel programs.
All registrations that occur after March 25, 2026, must be paid in full within 14 days. If you register within 14 days of the start of your summer program, you must pay in full immediately.
Program prices are subject to some change and are not guaranteed until you complete your registration with a deposit.
Families are responsible for paying the balance in full minus any scholarship awards they are expecting to maintain a current account balance. This includes families traveling to Israel with a RootOne Voucher.
If your family overpays for their teen’s experience—which results in an account overage—BBYO will refund your family (or funder) for your account overage by sending a check in the FALL after account reconciliations have been completed. Email communication regarding account overages and refunds will only be sent to the person listed as Parent/Guardian 1 in your teen’s account. BBYO will only communicate with the person designated as Parent/Guardian 1 for this purpose, and is unable to allocate funds to others unless requested by Parent/Guardian 1.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payment is accepted by e-check/ACH, check, or credit card. Should you wish to pay by credit card, a non-refundable convenience fee of 3% will be assessed for all payments; please note that this fee is non-refundable and will not be returned in the event of cancelation, even prior to January 21, 2026. Canadian residents do not have the ability to pay by ACH in our system. All posted prices are in US Dollars.
For e-check/ACH payments, the limit per transaction is $15,000. If you need to pay more than this amount, please make separate payments to avoid your transaction being declined.
STEPS TO SUBMIT OUTSIDE FUNDING
Email a copy of your teen’s award letter—which should include your teen’s full name, the program they are registered for, the amount of the award, and contact information from the funding organization—to bbyosummer@bbyo.org.
Checks must be made payable to BBYO, include the teen’s full name, and say the program they are registered for in the memo line. Mail and address checks to:

If you have any questions about scholarship funding, or your funder prefers to pay by e-check, please email bbyosummer@bbyo.org to request the banking information.
Disclaimer: outside of core program land costs, other sources of funding and/or expenses may have unique terms. This may include scholarships, grants, travel arrangements, and traveler’s insurance.
TERMS OF ACCEPTANCE
Acceptance to the program is conditioned upon the receipt of a full registration, including, a physical examination of the applicant within 12 months of the program start date that demonstrates their physical and mental fitness and ability to participate in all aspects of the program. The traveler must also have proper documentation to travel to the program. If a teen does not submit payment in full and have proper completion of forms and documentation 14 days prior to the start of the trip, BBYO reserves the right to cancel the teen without providing a refund. These programs are designed for teens that identify as Jewish and in the current grades posted on the website. Receipt of deposit and application form does not guarantee acceptance of the program. BBYO reserves the right to deny acceptance at its sole discretion.
BBYO reserves the right to consolidate and/or cancel specific programs and/or program dates at its sole discretion. Notwithstanding the previous sentence, by registering for a program you understand and agree that BBYO reserves the right to consolidate and/or cancel specific programs and/or trip dates, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
