Program FAQs

The land cost for Israel Journey (Arizona Delegation) is $7,000 for the June 8 departure. This includes accommodations, meals, guided tours, program activities, ground transportation, security and escort, and other standard Israel Journey inclusions.

International airfare is not included in the land cost. Additional flight information and pricing will be shared with registered families.

BBYO Passport is a proud RootOne Trip Provider! Eligible Jewish teens can receive a $3,600 RootOne travel voucher toward qualifying Summer 2027 Israel Journey experiences like this program.

RootOne voucher eligibility is determined by RootOne and is subject to its requirements, including age, residency, and previous voucher participation. Families can visit our RootOne Voucher page to learn about eligibility, how to apply, and the steps required to receive the voucher.

This trip is designed for Jewish teens from the Arizona community who want to explore Israel together through BBYO Passport's signature three-week Israel Journey program.

The program is offered in partnership with Camp Stein, Congregation Or Tzion, Congregation Kehillah, Kol Ami, Congregation Beth Israel, and Temple Kol Ami. Teens do not need to be current BBYO members to participate in BBYO Passport programs.

Families outside the Arizona community should explore other Israel Journey departures.

The goal of Israel Journey (Arizona Delegation) is to bring Jewish teens from across Arizona together on a dedicated Israel Journey bus.

Participants will experience the same signature Israel Journey programming offered by BBYO Passport, with opportunities to explore Israel, celebrate Jewish traditions, and build friendships with other teens from their home community.

Final group arrangements will depend on enrollment and will be communicated to registered families before departure.

Israel Journey (Arizona Delegation) will run from June 8–29, 2027, for a total of 22 days.

Israel Journey (Arizona Delegation) follows BBYO Passport's signature Israel Journey program, bringing Jewish teens through Israel for three weeks of adventure, cultural exploration, community service, and meaningful Jewish experiences.

The difference is the community-based delegation. Through our partnership with Camp Stein, Congregation Or Tzion, Congregation Kehillah, Kol Ami, Congregation Beth Israel, and Temple Kol Ami, this departure is designed to bring Jewish teens from Arizona together to experience Israel while building friendships and strengthening connections within their local Jewish community.

The program follows the same overall Israel Journey itinerary and experiences offered through our other departures.
