Dubrovnik, Croatia (1 Day)

Croatia's Adriatic coastline is home to one of Europe's most beautiful historic cities. In Dubrovnik, towering medieval walls surround a maze of limestone streets, historic palaces, and charming squares overlooking the sparkling blue sea. Walk through the UNESCO-listed Old Town and discover the history behind the impressive fortifications that have protected the city for centuries.

For a completely different perspective, take to the water on a sunset sea kayaking adventure around Dubrovnik's famous city walls. Paddle along the coastline while admiring the ancient architecture and dramatic scenery from the Adriatic Sea. With the warm Mediterranean atmosphere and beautiful views all around, Dubrovnik offers a memorable introduction to the region.

Split, Croatia (1 Day)

Ancient Roman history meets modern coastal culture in Split, a lively city along Croatia's Dalmatian Coast. Step inside the remarkable Diocletian's Palace, a sprawling Roman complex that has become part of the city's everyday life. Wander through historic passageways and courtyards where centuries-old buildings now house local shops, cafés, and gathering places.

Along the waterfront, Split's famous Riva promenade offers beautiful views of the Adriatic Sea and the surrounding coastline. Enjoy time exploring the lively atmosphere, browsing local shops, and relaxing by the water. With opportunities to swim in the clear blue sea, Split offers a different way to experience Croatia's coastal lifestyle.

Zagreb, Croatia (1 Day)

Croatia is home to some of Europe's most spectacular natural landscapes, and few places capture that beauty quite like Plitvice Lakes National Park. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is known for its turquoise lakes, cascading waterfalls, and beautiful forested surroundings. Follow scenic pathways and wooden walkways through the park, taking in the remarkable views and learning about the natural features that make this destination so special.

With waterfalls spilling into crystal-clear pools and lush greenery surrounding the lakes, Plitvice offers a memorable opportunity to experience Croatia's natural beauty. The region provides a striking contrast to the country's Adriatic coastline, showcasing another side of the landscapes that make Croatia such a fascinating destination.

Kranjska Gora, Slovenia (2 Days)

Nestled among the peaks of the Julian Alps, Kranjska Gora offers a peaceful mountain setting surrounded by beautiful forests, rivers, and lakes. Spend time at Lake Jasna, a picturesque Alpine lake known for its clear water and incredible mountain views. Enjoy opportunities for swimming, scenic walks, and relaxing by the shore while taking in Slovenia's spectacular natural surroundings.

The nearby Bela Krajina region offers another opportunity to experience Slovenia through outdoor adventures and local traditions. Take part in a kayaking or rafting experience along the Kolpa River, surrounded by beautiful countryside and peaceful riverbanks. Learn about regional culture through a hands-on workshop making belokranjska pogača, a traditional Slovenian flatbread, and enjoy interactive Shepherds' Games inspired by local customs.

Celebrate Shabbat with fellow Jewish teens in the beautiful surroundings of the Slovenian Alps. Share familiar traditions, participate in BBYO programming, and enjoy time together away from the busy pace of everyday life. Whether you're appreciating the mountain scenery or sharing meaningful conversations, Kranjska Gora offers a special setting for Jewish connection and friendship.

Ljubljana, Slovenia (2 Days)

Slovenia's capital is a charming European city filled with beautiful architecture, riverside cafés, and lively public squares. Walk through Ljubljana's picturesque Old Town, where the famous Triple Bridge and Dragon Bridge connect historic neighborhoods and offer wonderful views along the Ljubljanica River. Take a funicular ride to Ljubljana Castle, perched high above the city, and enjoy sweeping views of the surrounding landscape.

Some of Slovenia's most beautiful natural attractions are within reach of the capital. At Lake Bled, surrounded by forested hills and mountain scenery, step aboard a traditional Pletna boat for a ride across the lake to its picturesque island. Visit the island's historic church and enjoy the incredible views that have made Lake Bled one of Slovenia's most recognizable destinations.

Venture beneath the earth at Postojna Cave, a remarkable underground world filled with towering limestone formations, winding passages, and enormous chambers. Through a guided visit, discover the geology and natural history of one of Europe's most impressive cave systems.

For another exciting outdoor experience, take on the rushing waters of the Soča River near Kobarid. Known for its striking turquoise color and beautiful Alpine surroundings, the river offers an incredible setting for a guided whitewater rafting adventure. Enjoy the excitement of navigating the water together while surrounded by Slovenia's dramatic mountain landscapes.
